The DDSL action is back this weekend with our U13 Premier team making the trip to Kilbogget Park to face Cabinteely.

Kick off is at 10.30am.

Belvo are fresh from their trip to Belfast last weekend, where they won the Don Patricio Shield trophy

They returned to the pitch in Dublin on Wednesday night with a 3-1 win over Stella Maris. Ian Byrne, Darragh Keane got Jad Hakiki got the goals.

Manager Mick Earley anticipates a tough match between the two sides.

“When you come up against a team of Cabinteely's quality and how how we look to play the game, it should make for an interesting contest,” he said.

“Offensively Cabinteely can be a bit of a handful.  We know the quality they've got but we will be prepared for that."

Progress

“I think as a team, we have certainly made progress this season as our results are showing. The most pleasing part is the way the players are putting into practice the ideas we are trying to get across to them in training and achieving good results because of it.  At times some of the football they have been playing can be breath-taking.  We will be hoping for more of the same tomorrow.

“We welcome back our goalkeeper Sam Clarke after injury.  Christian McCabe from the under 12s deputised for him on Wednesday and did a great job in our win over Stella Maris.”

“We’ll be hoping for more of the same tomorrow from all of our players.”

Cabinteely vs Belvo is in Kilbogget Park on Saturday morning at 10.30am.
